How do I verify my email address?
After signing up, check your inbox for a verification email from support@myfolder.space. Click the "Verify My Email" button in that email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or use the "Resend verification" option on the login page.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within a minute. The link expires after 1 hour, so use it promptly. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.
How does the points and XP system work?
You earn points by completing daily quizzes, solving puzzles, maintaining streaks, finishing missions, and using tools. Points contribute to your XP level. As you level up, you unlock badges and climb the global leaderboard. Inviting friends who join earns you +50 bonus points.
What AI tools are available on the platform?
Myfolder Space offers 11 academic tools including the AI Solver, AI Study Plan Generator, Paraphraser, CV Builder, Plagiarism Checker, Typing Practice, PDF Editor, Word Creator, Document Storage, Past Questions browser, and the AI Chat Buddy available throughout the platform.
How do I invite friends and earn rewards?
Go to your dashboard and find your unique invite link or code in the profile section. Share it with friends — when they sign up using your link, you automatically earn +50 points and they join as a friend. You'll receive an email and in-app notification when your invite is accepted.
Why is my streak broken even though I logged in?
Streaks require completing at least one activity (a quiz, puzzle, or mission) each day — just logging in isn't enough to maintain a streak. Streaks reset at midnight in your local time zone. If you believe your streak was broken in error, contact support with the dates and we'll look into it.
How do I change my theme or profile settings?
From your dashboard, click the settings or profile icon in the top bar. You can switch between Light, Dark, and Sunset themes — your choice is saved to your account so it persists across devices. Profile details including your username, country, and role can also be updated there.
Is Myfolder Space free to use?
Yes, the core platform is completely free. A premium subscription is available that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits on AI tools. You can check your subscription status and available features from the dashboard settings.
